    Synology RT2600ac Router Reviewed

Synology has a great track record of providing software updates to it's products, even if they are years old. If they keep this model going for their routers, it could be a good reason to switch to them.

Re: Is $500 The New $300 For Routers?

Answer: no, just no. Based on every review that I have read, these router companies are pushing their latest wares, with minor updates, and doubling their prices to boot. The market will quickly show that this is unacceptable and prices will fall in line. I would also not buy any new router...

uhh... The QNAP x70 line of NASes are probubly good NASes, but if you want XBMC, customers should just get an R-Pi for 50 bucks and a Synology's DS214se for 160 bucks.

Re: D-Link Releases Pretty Inexpensive Pan / Tilt Network Cam.

Wow, cool stuff.. :) it would be amazing if this product included, for a similar price, both audio in/out so I could answer my front door from anywhere with my smartphone. I saw something similar at CES 2013, but it was way more expensive. Fabian.
