    RT-AC68U as AiMesh node cuts half LAN speed

    Using RT-AC68R for the main router - with the RT-AC68U as the AI mesh node. Ethernet backhaul. If I use an old firmware get 700-800 mbps (up and down) on a Ookla browser speedtest on a ethernet wired computer to the node - upgrade to any recent firmware and getting capped at 500 mbps. Thanks!

    Anyone have any update on this issue? I had my router AC68U in storage for a year, now pulled it out in our new house and did a firmware update and had the same issue of dropping speeds to ~500mbps when using it in AI mesh mode as a node. Flash the firmware back to the old version...
