Given that the chart shows pretty much the exact same (poor) speeds for all three points to a problem with the splitter or possibly interference on the incoming line. MoCa tends to work pretty well over old coax in my experience.

Yeah, looks like they're the same. Not sure how you found the OEM one for GoCoax. I thought they developed it, but you're right. OEM relationships can be strange.

Just an FYI, there are some other companies with MOCA 2.5 adapters now. inxtnd.com built on top of the MOCA standard and increased the number of devices to over 100 for enterprise use. But they only sell to dealers and stuff, which probably means $$$. Teamly Digital...

Has anyone heard from GoCoax? They never responded to my email and they don't seems to have a phone number. I think MoCa may be becoming a good option for hotels and such. Older hotels typically don't have Cat5e+ in each room, so the APs often end up in hallways, which is not ideal. And this...

If you know exactly where the splitter is, I would cut an access hole for it the size of a 2 gang mud-plate. so that way you can access it in the future if necessary. If you don't know where it's located, an electrician with the right tools and experience can probably get pretty close with a...
