    seagate blackarmor 420 - mac

    hi. i'm having some trouble with a newly purchased seagate blackarmor 420 NAS. i've done a heap of digging on this and it's a permissions issue that both seagate nor apple want to take responsibility for. for the problem descriptions see this post (not by me - same issue though)...
