I would recommend to reinforce your WAN/LAN/WIFI setup, but I'm guessing you already have done... but below some of my recommendations: Maybe just have UPnP (specially wan side) and automatic trigger ports enabled? Please, disable it and enable just when you need. REINFORCING WIFI First...
