OMG after not being able to use the router after installing Merlin Firmware beta and doing a hard reset.... The problem was fixed by doing a nvram erase && reboot I'm back to using the router we are good now....
Now it works, I had installed the Merlin Firmware beta on it after doing a hard reset and setting things up again I wasn't getting Internet... So after trying and trying I did a nvram erase && reboot and OMG set everything up again now everything is fine....
