    That really sucks... I can live with it not working on my Nex4... It has all sorts of problems with DFS channels... But i think it's really stupid of Asus to release something like this if it's not even working with top of the line Asus clients... arg:mad::confused:!

    Ok.... sooo.... DFS was the sinner... Doing a factory reset set my 5ghz channel to auto... And that caused the router to select channel 100 (DFS channel) And apparently the Asus PCE-AC68 adapters i bought with my AC-68U router do not support those channels... (or someone really borked the DFS...

    This firmware broke my 5ghz network. I can't see my 5ghz network from any of my 5ghz clients... factory reset does not help. In the web ui everything looks ok... no hidded ssid or turned of radio... and the 5ghz light on the router is also turned on... I have two PCE-68 adapters and a nexus 4...

    The degradation seems to be a less if i disable nat acceleration. But i have not had time to do actual measurments for that scenario.

    I have an RT-AC68 (3.0.0.4.374.542) and two machines with PCE-AC68 (2.0.7.1) adapters. Both claim to be connected at 877 Mbit/s. But the actual wireless performance degrades after the router has been running for a day or two. After a router reboot i can transfer files from a windiows share...

    3.0.0.4.374.573 caused my xbox 360 xbox to loose wifi for a few seconds every 20 minutes. Just enough to kill netflix and disconnect the account... so i reverted to 3.0.0.4.374.542 If there are no changes from 573 to 583 i will sit this one out and wait for the next release.

    So Hardware Acceleration has changed its name to NAT Acceleration in the newest firmware for the AC68... Ok... But what the hell do the new values mean? :confused: Hardware Acceleration used to be Enable or Disable. NAT Acceleration can be Disable or Level 1 CTF or Level 2 CTF What is Level...

    Same here. Nat loopback is still broken when HW acc is on. :(
