    I was running 3.0.0.4_380_3941 Now running Merlin is http://www.mediafire.com/file/7jeea6mw3pfcyi1/RT-AC5300_380.63_2.zip I didn't reset to factory defaults after flashing, but have attempted since to no avail. I tried turning off the router and holding in the reset buttons for circa 5...

    High CPU utilisation following install of merlin

    Running a RT-AC5300 Currently seeing 100% utilisation on one core, can ssh to device but no prompt is returned. In addition openvpn access is very slow to unusable along with the UI not responding periodically. Oh and of course Rescue mode isn't working.

    Can't login to router, still routing.

    I'm seeing a very similar issue with an AC5300 where ssh login doesn't complete. Did you get anywhere with this?
