I appreciate the reply. I remember early on in this model's lifetime there were some complaints about the 2.4 GHz radio failing as well as heat / fan concerns. That was the main motivation for asking, but no issues with my current device so I think I'll leave it be. Thanks again.

Yeah, I've been following. Thanks for the reply. I've also read about a lot of 2.4 GHz radio issues, but not sure that's tied to FW version (seems HW). I still have a number of 2.4 GHz devices, so was hoping to keep that stable as well.

What do you mean by "still cannot update DHCP reservations?" I had a similar issue where anytime I added a DHCP assignment/reservation, it would be blown away upon reboot.

I see the number of clients in the client list jump all over the place just like you describe since going to this latest FW 2 days ago. I also see a constant "Assoc" and "Disassoc" messages with a MAC address appended to each within the system Log every 5-10 min. Not sure if there's a relation.

Reformat JFFS at next boot: is that in Merlin only? If I stay on ASUS stock, how is that accomplished?

Also, should I start over differently than usual to ensure this gets wiped out? I was just going to Restore Factory Defaults in the Administration tab. Would going to Merlin change anything in this scenario (I know your fork won't work b/c of newer code base)?
