I switched Ubiquiti. No more ASUS and I hate Netgear GUI, or should I say, lack there of.

I recently purchased UniFi gear including the $140 USG router and it does 1gig no problem unless you turn on IPS and IDS.

I use auto channel for 2.4ghz, channel 36 for 5ghz, 160mhz off, HE frames off. I was able to update the 86U node with Merlins alpha 2 just fine. I've given up on the 68U as a node for now.

I've done all that. Like I said before, it won't mesh via WIFI. Even after factory resets with ASUS stock firmware on BOTH routers. I've ordered an AC86U to give that a try. Anyone else been successful with WIFI mesh between AX88 and AC68 ??
