    Thanks for that suggestion. When I ran the ASUS setup cd and I was able to get the faster speeds, I assumed that the setup cd also disabled the Actiontec router. I just checked and Actiontec was still active. I disabled the wifi there and got subtle 2.4GHz performance. About 4-5mbps down...
