    Why AIMesh? What am I missing?

    My client devices are not that good at always connecting to the best wireless networking resource as soon as it becomes available. Aimesh lets the routers do that and that is the main advantage. Also sometimes there are 10 people in my living room all using clients. Mesh lets the network...

    Updated Antennas: Asus WL-ANT157 vs. Delock RP-SMA

    I am running the Rtac68u as an aimesh node with wired backhaul. It's fast and not given me one shred of trouble over the last three months and I got mine used. It's dedicated to the top floor and handles simultaneous 4k streaming to one bedroom while the other bedroom is on a 720p zoom call...

    Updated Antennas: Asus WL-ANT157 vs. Delock RP-SMA

    The firmware does have some control over how the antenna array radiates. E.g. explicit beamforming (which I enable) and universal beamforming (which I disable).
