    Goddamn this crap. As mentioned earlier I downgraded to 63_2, and just logging onto the router again now I was notified the admin site was occupied by 105.103.22.185. Rebooted through SSH, logged on, restored settings and upgraded to 64_2 again immediately, lets hope the hole he crawled through...
