@warrius
Have you tried
a) resetting the NVRAM on your MacBook Pro?
b) try resetting the SMC?
How to reset NVRAM?
Shut down your Mac.
Turn on your Mac, then immediately press and hold these four keys together: Option, Command, P, R.
Release the keys after about 20 seconds, during which your...
Wouldn't it be a good idea to only use 1 cache (either Unbound or AdGuard Home).
As I understand, the default setting would mean both are aching DNS requests.
I think Unbound cache is (probably!) smarter and a lot more feature rich than AGH - so wouldn't it be better to set AGH cache size to 0...
I have gone through the documentation...
What I cannot figure out is what values to use for the tls-service-key and pem.
I have tried using my LetsEncrypt cert and key (/jffs/.le/mydomain.com/fullchain.pem and /jffs/.le/mydomain.com/mydomain.com.key) but it does not seem to work.

Thanks for the update.
DoT will work for me... but I am unable to get DoT working either.
Are you aware of the version of Unbound is included in the package? Or how to manually update the Unbound files (not Unbound Manager) to the latest version ?
Could anyone please assist in modifying the unbound.conf file to enable DoT/DoH for downstream clients?

tls-service-key: "path/to/privatekeyfile.key"
tls-service-pem: "path/to/publiccertfile.pem"...

I have created my own customised .nanorc file so that editing files (using the nano editor) becomes more visually clear.
Question: At which location do I create/ keep the file .nanorc?
Things I have already tried:
1) Keeping it in the root...
Does anyone know if this 2022 release supports the DNS Filter option or is that feature exclusive to Merlin builds?
DNSFilter (on Merlin) is the option that allows the user to choose different DNS for different clients and also provided an option to force all DNS traffic through the router.
Does the new revision have higher RAM or some other such features?
Or is it a simple revision due to some internal component change - that does not deliver any end user benefits?
Thanks.
Quick questions:
Why is your router's name 16HenryStreet.dyndns.org? What is your use case?
What is your intent on using Lets Encrypt certificate under AGH Encryption settings?
There is no point in encrypting your internal (internal clients to router) DNS queries; as you are not getting any...
