For me the initialize did not work, the restore did the trick. I afterwards restored the config I saved before and now it works like a charm.

Hi Florin, I upgraded yesterday to 384.3 and found that before I did a 'restore to factory defaults', all kind of weird behavior was happening, e.g. with storing certificate info, etc. Did you do a restore to factory defaults after your install? If not, you can give that a try.
