LG NAS Replacement or Repair

I have an LG NAS N2R1DD2 that will not connect to the LAN. I installed a USB to RJ45 adapter and it still will not connect to the LAN. I can scroll through the menus and see the static IP. My first question is can it be repaired and if so will someone suggest a repair company? My second...
