Totally agree. I have my hopes on Merlin now ( Support for RT-AX92U · Issue #236 · gnuton/asuswrt-merlin.ng · GitHub), but feel like selling and switching also.

OK, great news then since ASUS themselves seem to have stopped updating the firmware (jan 22 last update). Hope you can fix your problem though.

imho Merlin dont support RT AX-92U. Using this Merlin beta might have gotten you into problems. Hard reset will probably do the job indeed

3 years old with 2/3 of a year without update. And assuming that there are no critical security updates within 8 months ? Are you serious ? And indeed, why have had other even older models regular updates in the same timeframe also because of the many bugs reported in this forum ? I've invested...

No firmware update for 8 months now. even no security fixes. This is a fairly new (and expensive) model, but seems Asus has lost interest ? Leaving users with bugs, not properly functioning equipment and most of all security risks. Shame on you Asus.

Do think and dont buy. Asus stopped support already and does not upgrade firmwares anymore.

Totally agree. Forces customers to move to an alternative brand just for security reasons if its not updated for such a long time.

I don't agree. By not updating for over a half year this router becomes a security risk.

Its getting awkward now, half a year without an update on RT-AX92U ? Really ? Not even security patches or anything ?

Dont know. I've used it for update (downloaded + manual update). But came from an older version.
