Emailing URL Links to Files

I'm looking for a NAS device that will allow my to share photos with my family. I want to be able to select certain photos, enter an email address and the auto-generated links will be emailed to them. I believe Netgear with "Ready NAS Photos II" and Buffalo "Web Access" products offer this...
