Not sure how to create a patch or if this is even patch worthy because there are some external dependencies. Instructions here.

    <testers needed> [TUTORIAL] Minidlna through debian-entware-mipsel

Hi, Occasionally, I download many videos (CES 2015) and cannot easily tell which I have watched. Not sure why many DLNA clients do not have this feature, like xbmc, so I decided to solve the problem. I have implemented a watched checkmark that only works for Samsung TVs. Summary: When...

I'm still using 1.1.2. Don't know how to create a patch. The new Samsungs can also support higher res thumbnails, I've also tweaked that from 160px standard to 480px. I am interested in some new features in 1.1.4 and hope to try it soon. 1. what's new container 2. recently played container

    General Functionality of RT-N16

Are you using optware? My RT-N16 with optware running minidlna, trans, pyload was working reliably for 2 years until recently...not sure what changed...I think curl libraries. I have moved on to a pogoplug E02 running debian, I would have done this long ago if I realized the stock pogoplug...

    <testers needed> [TUTORIAL] Minidlna through debian-entware-mipsel

Well, not sure if it is because of debian chroot or some other library update, but transmission and pyload cause high cpu load and minidlna drops connection while playing or the router freezes. I've moved on to a $15 pogoplug E02 running debian wheezy. 1. Minidlna scans fast...takes 1/10 of...

Only tested Twonky briefly, but it's awesome. You can configure through the web interface and it has many virtual folders such as 'recently added', 'last played', etc. Only problem is my new Samsung TV does not conform to DLNA standards and I get no thumbnails or resume. Everything works fine on...
