so i have tried the factory reset then let settle 5 minutes and then unplug power 5 minutes then plug back in 5 minutes then upgrade to official FW and still cannot get this router to upgrade. could it be my browser? chrome is what i am using.

i am using an RT-AC66R with 3.0.0.4.270.24 fw and i am trying to upgrade it but it keeps getting errors and not upgrading. i have restored factory defaults and this still doesnt work. help please.

upgrade fail i am using 3.0.0.4.270.24 on the RT-AC66R. i am trying to upgrade to RT-AC66U_3.0.0.4_374.35_4 but the upgrade keeps failing. any idea why it fails? or how to fix it? it says firmware upgrade fail.
