    Check your temps....Under Administrator, Temperature....I would add a fan since I bet your temps are too high....as soon as I added a fan, WiFi problems went away... Temps went down as soon as I put a fan in place....

    Optimal Router Temperature

    I recently started to have some WiFi issues with my ASUS RT-AC88U which coincided with all of my 5 kids being home 24/7 due to Covid-19 crap. I added a fan and the temps dropped immediately plus the WiFi issues have disappeared. Here's a screenshot: And a later pic:
