Well, problem solved. I really don't know what did the trick. I played a little with the TX power adjustment sliders, rebooted the router... and it seems to be working fine now.
Yes. Their answer was resetting the router and reinstalling the firmware. But it was a standard copy-paste text and they didn’t answer clearly if the device is supposed to do that or not...
