    Samba read and write speeds?

    Would stock FW be better with Samba or is it just the CPU isn't powerful for fast traffic (I don't know how it works that is why I am asking)

    Question on 2 routers (similar but different)

    RT-AC68U and RT-AC56U both have the same CPU - broadcom BCM4708A0 the 56U has a 2018 build, the 68U is still current - can the 68U firmware be loaded onto the 56U? I have the 56, but I'm not smart enough to JTAG if it I break it - but I also want the newer Merlin builds/
