    Voxel Custom firmware build for R7800 v. 1.0.2.80SF & v. 1.0.2.80.4SF & v. 1.0.2.80.5SF

@Voxel Your firmware work is outstanding - and I don’t believe you get enough credit for what you do. I’ll say it 1,000 times - THANK YOU for everything you do! I didn’t notice any changes in stability when you made the GCC change, but the speed was slightly better as you alluded to. Still...

Release Netgear R7800 firmware release 1.0.2.74

^--- This. There really is no reason to run Netgear's firmware at this point... Voxel's firmware is still based on stock firmware, but with as many fixes, updates, improvements, etc that he can accomplish. It runs incredible and for a noob like me, is essentially a "set and forget" firmware...

Release Netgear R7800 firmware release 1.0.2.74

While stock firmware is nowhere near as good as Voxel’s (which is absolutely outstanding and makes the r7800 arguably the best consumer AP router in the AC segment), or as robust in OEM GUI features as the Asus you said you currently use, I certainly wouldn’t say it’s “crap”. As others have...

    Voxel Custom firmware build for R7800 v. 1.0.2.80SF & v. 1.0.2.80.4SF & v. 1.0.2.80.5SF

@Voxel Many thanks for your continued efforts and focus. As always your firmware is rock solid stable with incredible performance. I’d take my R7800 with your firmware and Kamoj’s add-on over any of the newer consumer routers on the market.

Sounds great! I'll await the next update!

Voxel Custom firmware build for R7800 v. 1.0.2.79SF

No issues on this end. Have you tried a factory reset?

Kamoj Kamoj Add-on 5.1 Beta testing poll

@kamoj I think I may have uncovered a bug with the newest b30 and the r7800. When using stubby, if the log is manually cleared in your addon it will never begin capturing again. I tried removing your addon and re-adding it, but it persists. A factory reset did not cure it either. So I...

Kamoj Kamoj Add-on 5.1 Beta testing poll

One issue that does appear to be happening... I can add and remove # to other servers besides default Cloudflare. However everytime I try to # out Cloudflare, it gives me the error I provided above. For example... I can activate Quad9 by removing # and have it operate alongside Cloudflare. I...

Kamoj Kamoj Add-on 5.1 Beta testing poll

You are not kidding about it being picky! I figured I'd give it a test to see if I could change the upstream resolver... I kept getting the error: Configuration file is not accepted by stubby. Restoring previous configuration . EDIT - I finally got it figured out. Learning!

Edit Stubby config (r7800 running Voxel & Kamoj)

Thanks! Is there a way to export the file to an attached USB so I can edit it that way as well? Then once I'm done upload and overwrite the existing file? Only asking so I can save multiple configs. Thanks again!

Edit Stubby config (r7800 running Voxel & Kamoj)

I apologize in advance for what I'm sure is a very noob question for many of you, but if I wanted to edit the Stubby config file from Voxel's firmware - how would I go about doing that? I know the config is located at /etc/stubby/stubby.yml ... and I know to view it I through telnet I simply...
