hi jzchen, if very close to router, iphone 16 is close to 1Gbps on 6ghz mode as my internet speed is at 1gpbs download.

iphone 16 speed was only 200Mbps on 6Ghz vs Iphone 14 at 800 Mbps on 5Ghz.

the issue that i am seeing right now is wifi 7 speed on 6ghz is slower than wifi 6 on 5ghz. I have 1Gbps download, able to achieve ~700 Mbps on 5ghz with Iphone 14. But on 6Ghz using Iphone 16, it can only achieve 200-300 Mbps max. how can i improve wifi 7 output ?

Thank you all for the support. my setup is BE92U - as main router and AX6000 as AIMesh node. That's why i put 2.4GHz and 5GHz not in Wifi 7 mode and leave 6GHz as Wifi 7 only. as shown in jzchen screenshot in 3006 firmware for AXE16000, it still shows wireless mode option but i don't see that...

hi guys, thank you so much for your reply. i am still unable to change the wireless mode in Professional tab. i took a screenshot on old asus router which has wireless mode option under wireless- general.

can't see it in my screen.

hi all, just upgrade to be92u. Realised that there is no option to change wireless mode in be92u. Unlike the older ASUS router. Kindly advise if you guys have any idea on how to change it in be92u. Thanks and best regards, JR.

i second this. i have the same issue with RT-AX88u. 5Ghz Wifi just randomly got disconnected whereas the router still operates as normal. 2.4 Ghz is running fine as well. It could be due to wifi driver issue. Downgraded to 386.5_2 and it's running perfectly fine.
