Unable to clear/update OpenVPN Client Settings

I have an Asus RT-AC3100 on firmware v. 384.5. At some point on firmware a couple versions back, I created an OpenVPN client connection using a NordVPN settings file. I am able to establish the VPN connection without any issues. However, I am now unable to change the server address and port...
