I did actually ring them this morning and they mentioned that it seemed fine as my download speed using their hub is fine - but I do not know if there's these RCS Partial Service was there already. However - I will plug in their hub tomorrow and see if the partial service is still there then...

Just to note - I do get the max 200 mbps download speed if I speedtest as soon as I turn on the hub modem and it connects to internet. But it then drops down afterwards to 45mbps

I've swapped the ethernet cables around and used them with the superhub on it's own to test speeds, all showing 200 mbps with just the superhub. I have not made any other changes, just the standard initial setup.

I did yes. I have also tested speeds before the Merlin firmware and it still remained 45mbps.

I am still getting 45mbps max, with a low of 5mbps but upload still remains at 20mbps. Does this mean there's an issue with my router?

Thanks for the reply - are you suggesting that I use the HUB 3.0 as the main router? Or are you suggesting ISB -> Hub 3.0 (Router) -> Asus -> Computer?
