Can you block LAN and a whitelist for internet Netflix/Youtube using Merlin for the if I gave it a static ip? Or would I have to look...

    Thanks L&LD. Down the road I would like to try my hand at using the VPN client side of thing, I thought the faster processor in the AC87U might handle the load better. I've read about some of the squirrely stuff the AC87U can do however the budget doesn't reach to the AC88U, 68U I might consider.

    Yeah it doesn't currently have internet access for that reason - and yes it is a Samsung... Wouldn't mind being able restrict its internet reach though. Can neither confirm nor deny pressure from the other half because Netflix app is easier to use on the TV o_O
