    Yes, I've tried different settings as well as different channels. The upload speed is 3Mbit on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. This PC is on the 5GHz band. I just tried it on my laptop that also uses the 5GHz band, and for some reason, I got the full 10Mbit. Perhaps it's an adapter issue. USB-AC56 edit...

    I actually managed to solve the issue. I uninstalled the asus drivers and the included software and let windows install its own drivers for it. No problem since. I wouldn't have tried this without your help. Thanks guys :)

    Sadly, I only have one. edit: Actually, my laptop can connect to the 5GHz connection. I'll try it out. update: Seems to work fine on my laptop. So this means I should have my adapter replaced, or could there be an issue with the USB ports/drivers?

    Asuswrt-Merlin 374.39 is out

    So after trying so many things, I ended up installing the Merlin firmware for my AC66U, however it didn't solve my issue. http://pastebin.com/vzaYtkNJ What do you think is causing the packet loss on the 5GHz frequency? I'm sitting about 4M away from the router, but behind a wall. 2.4GHz works...
