Yes I download FW_RT_AC3100_30043807743 and that is the one I am trying.

I tried accessing the webpage with Chrome, Edge and IE but nothing. I get page cannot be found I pinging the router and I get replies but that is about it. I haven't try the again the Rescue util but if it is like last night the moment I try it will stop responding to pings.
