I know but I was testing different settings to check which one of them was wrong.
Dot + DNSSEC = ×
Dot = x
DNSSEC = x
DNS without DOT or DNSSEC= ✓
I also tried with ControlD and Cloudflare, even ISP DNS servers and still same result.
Dot is broken for me in this version.
UPDATE: DoT now...
You're not alone on this. Almost 48 hours working fine and suddenly I lost Internet connection. I was using Quad9 + DoT just fine. I tried to use DNSSEC instead, it worked for 10 minutes and same thing. Disabled DNSSEC and DoT and everything back to normal. Plus, it reverted on Band 1 5Ghz...
Today, while I was watching France-Morocco I checked the link speed of my S22 Ultra and it was 1.1Gbps, on my couch 8-10 meters away from my GT AX11000 router. Last week it was 1.8Gbps. A big slowdown, again.
I didn't update anything on my 5G1 network (AX Only) so I decided to check 5G2. Then...
388.1 running for several hours now in a GT AX-11000 with reflash and Restore (factory reset, including settings). I can say it's holding link at not below 2Gbps for a S22 Ultra. It didn't work at first but after reboot it kept the typical slowdown. I did my homework and I changed these 2...
I also agree to disagree with you but that may be ok with a 300Mbps ISP connection which I used to have. But having 1Gbps is what makes me force 160Mhz. Remember this mini thread started because an 800Mbps slowdown with a S22 Ultra which is A LOT and with 80Mhz it would be even worse, which ASUS...
I won't dispute your settings. That configuration works and it's stable even with a fixed 36 channel. All AX devices connect at 2.4Gbps or 1.2Gbps initially.
In my opinion, if you leave settings to Auto, the system may change channels or frequencies when it's not necessary and it's better to...
I'm just saying it reaches 2.2Gbps/2.4Gbps and it's solid since I rollbacked to 386.5. I use the 5Ghz-1 network with AX Only with many options disabled. And I use channel 36 which tecnically is the better channel in the area with nearly no neighbours in the adjacent channels (say 40, 44, 48...)...
I own an Asus GT-AX11000 and I was curious about this post and another one above and checked my S22 Ultra and it's true. The phone placed next to the router showed 2.4Gbps at connection and almost instantly changed to 1.6Gbps. And the router was 1 feet away. I tried this with 388.1 b3 and b4...
