So - Ive done two things and it honestly feels like its gotten really stable. First was disable roaming assistant on all bands and second was disconnecting the BD5. I didnt have the patience to figure out which one of these made this biggest difference but changing both appears to have made it...

I wish that was true -but i didnt go to work that day. I was here the whole time. Either way turning off roaming assistant seems to help, things have gotten way less flaky
