    I had thought of going to fixed IP as an option, however, my ISP charges $5 per month extra. I'm hoping RMerlin can identify what exactly the issue might be, as to why it doesn't happen on older firmware.

    No, not using dual WAN. I had tried rebooting and restoring to factory defaults. Neither seems to fix the issue on either firmware (380.65 beta or 380.4180)
