    WRT1900AC/ASUS RT-AC87U/R7000/R7500

Bought the R7000 today, here are my benchmarks, testing WiFi speeds via FTP. R7000 vs. an E4200 Linksys wireless router, note I cannot say anything about stability yet as I just hooked it up and upgraded the router and reset everything to factory defaults.. I'm pretty happy with 55-60MiB/s...

    WRT1900AC/ASUS RT-AC87U/R7000/R7500

I've been spending a lot of time reviewing these models and other posts, I finally came to a conclusion and was going to go with the R7000 but I've seen the R7500 has just came out recently. Is a review of this unit planned soon? Any reason to wait to go for the R7500 over the R7000? The...

E4200v1 Slows to a crawl with iDevices?

Has anyone had the following happen: Using an iPad (doesn't matter which version, 3, Air, etc) on the 5Ghz band, will work fine for a few hours, but after awhile I seem to trigger a bug in which everything slows to a crawl on the wireless device. I ran speed test and it timed out like...

Hi, Thanks, went with the WNDR3700.

    iPhone 4 wireless-n 2.4ghz router?

I read about it, it seems to be one of the few wireless routers that has 8 antennae whereas the E3000 and WRT610N only have 6. However, regarding freezing/stability/etc, is the WNDR3700 stable? Do you have experience about all 3? Do you currently use a WNDR3700?

    iPhone 4 wireless-n 2.4ghz router?

Hi, Thanks, I realize that-- what I meant is optimized for the Wireless-N 2.4ghz band. Having said that, would you go with an E3000 or WRT610N, the latter giving you the option to go DDWRT if you want?

    iPhone 4 wireless-n 2.4ghz router?

Hello, True, but while I want it to be optimized for the iPhone 4, would also like to get the best one overall if/when I use it with a laptop 802.11n.

    iPhone 4 wireless-n 2.4ghz router?

According to this: http://www.smallnetbuilder.com/index.php?option=com_wireless&Itemid=&chart=77 The D-Link Xtreme N Storage Router appears to be at the top of the pack in the benchmark above. Doing more research/checking them all, average throughout etc, more research needed, thanks for the info.

    iPhone 4 wireless-n 2.4ghz router?

Hello, Ah, I did not know that, I checked the router here: http://homestore.cisco.com/en-us/outlet/Routers/linksys-WRT610N-RM_stcVVproductId83108078VVcatId543906VVviewprod.htm# And it does say 802.11n and not draft, interesting! Having said that, which 802.11n performs the best at the 2.4ghz...

    iPhone 4 wireless-n 2.4ghz router?

Hello, The iPhone 4, on Apple's website: "802.11n operates only on 2.4GHz frequency." What is the best router with the best range/fastest performance for the iPhone 4? My internet speed can exceed 20-30mbps so I definitely want the best performing/long-distance router. Some I have found: 1...
