    Windows VPN or Other?

    I know I can setup a VPN connection using the built in features of windows 7 but is it really secure? I mean it's windows. Are there alternative VPN servers I could use that are considered more secure? Thanks!

    Local vs NAS file setup location??

    Yes I am aware of that but what is the best practice when balancing what is local and what is on the NAS? I suppose now that I think about it there is not much else that can be done.
