    Send static IP to different DNS?

    The roku 3 doesn't support setting static ip or dns settings. It only supports DHCP. It has telenet though so there might be a way to set the DNS settings through the CLI. The easiest way is to run another DHCP server just for the roku, as in the configuration theonlyski recommended.

    Solid Cat6 Cable from my local Home Depot OK? (It has no center plastic core)

    A CAT6 cable without a plastic center to separate the pairs sounds like cheap copy. That's not to say I won't work at CAT6's rated frequency of 250 MHz but it raises an important question. If CAT6 can be made without the plastic center why isn't every other CAT6 cable like that?

    Help please

    The recommended de-facto standard is to have a minimum of two ethernet jacks at each wanted location. Each device requires it own cable. Depending on how many devices you will have at each location you will have to add more cables.

    Is 802.11n channel bonding the only way to get link speed of 300mbps?

    Is 802.11n channel bonding the only way to get link speed of 300mbps? Some access points have two or three antennas, how does this affect MIMO and link speeds? Am I correct in assuming that to get link speeds of 300mbps without channel bonding one would require three MIMO streams (3x3), and...
