    RT-AX88U or RT-AX86U as main Router using AiMesh 2.0 with Merlin firmware.

    So what’s the better router for covering long distances? I plan to run 2 of either of these and tether them to form a backhaul and for any area that still gets weak signal I will throw in a RP-AX56 repeater. I read some mentions of the AX88U having the more potent 2.4Ghz chip.
