It's good to know I'm not the only one with the issue! Thank you!! Since I don't see any performance issues, I'm going to wait for the next firmware release now that I know it's not related to anything specific with my setup. (The messages every four seconds do fill up the log though!)...

Thank you for the information, bertilak - I may give it a try when I have some time. I don't see any issues that are causing the messages and hope Asus will address it in their next release - right now I've viewing it as just a nuisance! BTW, I took RMerlin's suggestion and sent feedback.
