@follower - can you elaborate? I have not changed the setup in years and it's worked fine. This problem only cropped up very recently. But yes: I've already tried that. :)
FWIW - i'm generally in better shape now that I'm trying Continuous mode, but I still get frequent, ableit short, WIFI...
Thanks AndreiV. I did find some of those suggestions earlier (like DHCP refresh frequency, full wipe, and wait longer than the lease interval). I'll keep poking around.
