    You mean remote WAN access to the router - yes I can but only if I "Enable Web Access from WAN" in the Administration - System menu - which I don't!

    Default Gateway in LAN - DHCP Server - is not set on my router, and I cannot see any other setting for a Gateway Address. All I've done is set my router IP address as 192.168.1.254

    Many thanks for the reply - yes "Enable VPN + DHCP Connection" was enabled. When I disabled it the second WAN entry was gone! I'd never even noticed that setting and would never have sussed this - so thanks again! The other weird thing is the Gateway - should it not be the same as the WAN...
