[Beta] Asuswrt-Merlin 382.1 Beta is available

My AC88U in router mode experienced the same, filling the log with these entries both on beta 1 and 2, and since I didn't know what it was I reverted back to 380.68_4.

    [Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.68 is available

AC88U, running merlin's fw from the get go a couple of years back. Been flawless, but experienced 5g stopping after 14 days on the 380.68 fw. Router reported no errors, showed clients, etc. but clients had no Wi-Fi connection on 5g. 2.4g was running fine, and a reboot solved the problem. I know...

    RT-AC88U Nightmare!

My AC88U has been the best router ever so far (knock on wood...) and I have experienced zero problems with it. It's an early 2016 version. Maybe you just had bad luck with the first one.

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.64_2 is now available

Been up and running on my AC88U, for about 36 hours now and working without a problem. Haven't noticed any real performance improvements, but the 380.63.2, also worked really well for me on this router.

Just bought a R7000, What firmware?

Bringin up an old thread, but what FW do people use for their R7000's ? xwrt-vortex? is it really safe? I mean, I know it's based on Rmerlin's work, but as far as I understand it's source code isn't public and whatever exploit could be coded in?

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.62_1 is now available

Thanks, I appreciate the response, DaveMishSr. However, I just rebooted the router, and put in the new 380.62.1, just for the cause. I'll try to monitor it more now and see if it happens again.

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.62_1 is now available

Chrome/firefox... happens on both of them, on different computers, no addons, no autofill, and yes I always log out. Look, this happened now, today. No problems before. This guy is experiencing the same: http://www.snbforums.com/threads/cant-login-to-router-still-routing.34735/ Strange...

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.62_1 is now available

Thanks for the tip, but this is not the problem, I found the router and it did respond to the IP in the first place loading the welcome screen and I entered the user/pass and then it got stuck in a white page loading state. The utility still finds it, but can't to the login screen as it's now...

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.62_1 is now available

Now after a few days it still appears to be running smoothly, but I am unable to login to the router. It did load the login page the first time, but once I entered the user/pass It just keeps running saying "waiting for 192.168.1.1"
