    Installing this seems to have messed up my RT-AX58U pretty badly. Can't access the router anymore in any way. I guess there's not much else to do other that reset the whole thing? Edit: I was able to connect to the router with a static IP. Now I can open the web ui and can get an ssh connection...

    I received a new VDSL2 modem (Planet VC-231G) and I've been using it for a week. There have been no issues since then, so it seems that the old modem really was the problem.
