For extra info, the first 6 digits of my WAN IP is 100.109, i see a post with a similar issue mentioning something about CGNAT, could this be the issue?

I am testing via a laptop on the same network, i have 3 instances, one with local ip, public ip, and a custom ddns (lower priority), both public ip and custom ddns do not work, so it seems to issue is with the port forwarding

I am unable to port forward, i have also allowed the firewall so i would like some help, this is a new router and worked before
