    Yes the same with Winfi lite. This is my 5GHz Channel Spectrum. Set on 149 channel. Additional info. I think my router is working correctly but as you suggested my client devices somehow can't connect using its full capabilities.

    Yes same data rate & 80mhz bandwith showing on my Android phone using Wifi Analyzer app. I'm not so sure about iPad but I have once tried using iPerf on iPad and the speed I get consistent with below 173mbps. On my location, only me using 5Ghz channel :)

    I don't have any option for region setting. Do you think that's the problem & 20MHz bandwith regional restriction that making my AC Wifi only connect at 173 Mbps regardless when I checked the 5GHz channel is on 80MHz Bandwidth.
