AC87U gets stuck in AP mode

Same issue on my AC87U. Device is not able to boot in AP mode using last 2 releases of Merlin (384.12 and 384.13). Latest release where AP mode is working is 384.11_2. Tried factory reset, switch to DD-WRT and back. Nothing helped. Can devs investigate this issue, please?
