    I see. So if I want to prioritize streaming videos from youtube, dailymotion etc do I choose web surf for the service name? Anyway how about for utorrent? Can I set my utorrent to use a certain port so I can give it medium priority?

    I need some help setting up the QOS rules in my router. So I have one computer that constantly downloads video via this Chinese software called Youku. How do I give it the lowest priority so it won't affect my web browsing and video streaming?
