    Factory reset - Yes After factory reset - default SSID Latest version/ firmware - Yes Uninstalling and reinstalling client drivers - Yes Result - Still 300 Mbps no matter what I do, linkspeed fluctuates from 877 to 1300 Mbps on 5 Ghz.

    Thanks, I did the speed test when the link speed is 1300 Mbps, so it does not seem to be due to the link speed between computer and router.
