So after I click apply and it saves like the above screenshot it reloads and as you can see nothing saved :(

When I hit apply it tells me to put in valid range for the ftp server so i put in a port number there and then tell hit to save. it acts like it is saving and then as you can see in the photo below nothing does. :(

I've tried in both chrome and IE.. so I type in the rule info that i'd like.. as you can see it is already enabled. I add it.
