I have been through 4 routers in my house over the years and this is the same for all of them. I really wish this wasn't an issue in today's routers, but apparently it is. I could reset my modem and router right now and get better ping and speeds, but doing that daily is a hassle.

You made it so crystal clear, thank you very much. I understand it. So one more question for you is, if you oflfoad it wouldn't that mean that the CPU that you are offloading it to must be fast? Also Wouldn't offloading it burden the other CPU? Currently I am offloading both TCP and UDP is that...
I had no problem utilizing face time when I was on .206 firmware. It was by far the most stable beta for me. I haven't tested any newer beta so can't say.

Hey folks,
I was wondering if anyone could help me understand the Hardware offload NAT/Routing IPv4: I am not sure what this really is and would like to understand it better. Also should I use the offload TCP/UDP for lan or just TCP? Thank you very much to who ever explains it for me.
I can also agree that 206 was very stable. Although I am using Padavan's firmware at the moment, Love the user interface and the speed of webpages. They load instant. But sadly the router slows down. I wonder why..

I believe they are more compressed version, so you have to unzip them using any unzip programs you may have, but in the end it is still the same firmware. Btw where did you see the log for 027? or should I say the update notes?
