This is some good info. What is your ISP max speed? Because if you have a 1 Gig connection and you get 100 Mbps with VPN, that's 10% so if I'm getting 30 out of 230, I'm in the same range, which means everything works great and this is the best average that I can get. I hope this makes sense. :)...
